Revitalisation of AMFI Vågen, Sandnes

The centrally located shopping mall in Sandnes, AMFI Vågen – aspires to become a more open and integrated part of the city center.  COurban has conducted interviews with citizens of all age groups and gender in Sandnes and through these conversations we now have a deeper understanding of how people are currently experiencing and using the mall, as well as insight to their thoughts, dreams and ideas for the future. The results from the interview study are summed up and presented in a report, that will act as a foundation for physical and social upgrades of the buildings and outdoor areas. The project is ongoing in collaboration with Dark architects on behalf of the Olav Thon Group.
